1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SlimByte, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access or use the app.

2. Use License and Plans

SlimByte offers the following subscription plans and access options:

• Free Plan: Limited access to the app's features, including a restricted number of video conversions per month.
• Weekly Subscription: Provides full access to all features for a 7-day period with automatic renewal.
• Monthly Subscription: Provides full access to all features for a 30-day period with automatic renewal.
• Annual Subscription: Provides full access to all features for a 12-month period with automatic renewal.
• Lifetime Individual Access: Available through a one-time in-app purchase, providing unlimited access to all current and future features for a single user.
• Lifetime Family Access: Available through a one-time in-app purchase, providing unlimited access to all current and future features for up to six family members through iOS Family Sharing.

The license granted is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable, allowing personal, non-commercial use in strict accordance with these Terms of Service. Family Sharing access is limited to family members as defined by Apple's Family Sharing feature.

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Transfer, sublicense, or provide access to the app to any third party.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
• Attempt to circumvent the conversion limits on the free plan.

3. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Weekly, Monthly, and Annual subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase. Lifetime Individual and Family Access are available as one-time purchases through the iOS App Store payment system. All payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by Serbian consumer protection laws or the App Store's refund policies. Refund requests must be made through the App Store. Family Sharing access is subject to Apple's Family Sharing terms and conditions.

4. Intellectual Property

The app, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by SlimByte and protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to any videos you process using SlimByte. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to convert and modify any videos you process using the app. SlimByte is not liable for any copyright infringement or unauthorized use of content by users.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. SlimByte does not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlimByte shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the app.

8. Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. Changes to functionality or conversion limits will not affect users with Lifetime Access.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms of Service. In the event of a complete discontinuation of the app, users with Lifetime Access may be eligible for a refund, subject to App Store policies and Serbian consumer protection laws.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia. However, where local consumer protection laws in the user's country of residence provide stronger rights, those laws shall take precedence where applicable. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Belgrade, Serbia.
